Forge Moto

Forge Moto is a custom motorcycle workshop based in south Liverpool, UK, established in 2018. The team provides motorcycle repairs, servicing, diagnostics, fabrication and bespoke engineering, combining practical workshop experience with a hands-on appreciation of riding. Its work ranges from routine maintenance, such as oil changes, to specialist repairs and engine rebuilds.

Forge Moto creates one-off motorcycles, including cafe racers, choppers and scramblers, and offers custom welding, metalwork, hardtail conversions, custom frames and complete ground-up builds. The workshop also sources common and obsolete motorcycle parts, or manufactures components in-house using lathe and milling equipment. Its approach is to help customers realise their ideas through tailored craftsmanship, whether they need a small component or a fully customised bike.

Featured projects include a custom chopper based on a Suzuki GSX750 with a HUC frame, a Honda CB750 scrambler called Reef-Knot, and a Honda CB550 cafe racer named The Gun. Forge Moto presents itself as a working garage where engineering, fabrication and repair are informed by real-world riding experience.
