Forgent plc is a technology-driven energy transition company specializing in copper and gold exploration, alongside innovative gasification technology. With over 11 years of proven waste-to-value operations, Forgent is committed to strategically leveraging its valuable copper and gold assets, particularly through its Green Rock project, which is 99% owned and set for initial drilling within six months. The company's approach balances immediate value creation through metals exploration with long-term benefits stemming from its proprietary EQTEC technology.

This clean technology converts a diverse range of waste materials into synthesis gas (syngas), offering an efficient solution to the growing waste challenge. EQTEC's gasification process not only enhances sustainability but also supports local energy infrastructure by minimizing transportation costs and emissions. By focusing on both immediate and long-term value drivers, Forgent aims to secure energy security and resilience while creating a pathway for innovative business models that transform waste into clean energy resources
