Forino Beach

Forino Beach is an amateur sports association based in Forino, Italy, created by a group of friends who wanted to bring a beach-inspired atmosphere to a town without a seafront. Its activities center on sport, recreation and community connection, with events that invite people of different ages and skill levels to take part.

The association’s flagship event is its beach volleyball tournament, running since 2011. It also organizes sand-bocce competitions, using high-quality sand, as well as tournaments in ping pong, beer pong, darts, table football and local-style tressette. Beyond sports, Forino Beach hosts community gatherings and seasonal events, including a free Christmas tombola for primary-school children, and has featured activities such as local markets and a carnival selfie station.
