Justice Without Borders (JWB) is a regional NGO dedicated to supporting migrant worker victims in their pursuit of compensation from their abusers. We strive to bridge the gap in access to justice for these individuals, even after they have returned to their home countries. With offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia, we are actively building networks and expertise to facilitate cross-border legal aid for migrant worker victims.

Our impact is evident in the improved circumstances of migrant domestic workers who have been exploited abroad. Through our efforts, these vulnerable workers now have avenues to seek justice against perpetrators who previously evaded punishment. Since 2015, we have screened over 800 cases, trained more than 1200 caseworkers, community paralegals, and lawyers, and established partnerships with over 60 front-line organizations and law firms.

Additionally, our law firm partners and volunteers have contributed over 30,000 pro bono hours.
