For Life Martial Arts is a family-owned and operated martial arts club serving the Central Coast since 1997. Based at its dojo in Woy Woy, the club also offers classes in Wyongah. Its programs are designed for children from age five, teens and adults, and include karate, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Japanese Jiu Jitsu and practical self-defence training. The club’s approach uses martial arts techniques to help students build skills for real-life situations while developing confidence, discipline, coordination, patience and respect.
Classes are led by fully qualified, government-accredited instructors in a safe, friendly environment. For Life Martial Arts has developed its children’s curriculum and MMA programs over many years, with a complete grading system that helps students set goals, reach milestones and recognise their progress. The club’s motto, “We are not here to win or lose, we are here to grow,” reflects its focus on personal development and helping every student reach their potential. New students can try a free lesson.
