Formaspack is a Spanish packaging manufacturer with more than 25 years of experience in food packaging and recycled PET. The company develops and produces customized PET sheets and packaging designed around its customers’ needs, with a focus on safe, efficient solutions for food products, including fresh and ready-to-eat foods.
Its work covers the PET recycling cycle: used PET packaging is recovered and transformed into new packaging, with products that can contain up to 100% recycled material. Formaspack also applies an upcycling process intended to restore the properties of PET waste, helping make repeated packaging use possible. The company says its recycled PET solutions can generate up to 75% fewer greenhouse gas emissions.
Formaspack presents PET as a lightweight, versatile, durable material suitable for food contact, and highlights its role in protecting food quality and safety. Through its packaging products and recycling approach, the brand aims to make better use of resources, reduce plastic waste and support more circular food packaging.
