Forme in Bilico APS is a social promotion association based in Turin, active since 2017 and working internationally. It uses art to foster awareness, personal development, public health, cultural welfare and stronger communities. Its work connects contemporary and outsider art, relational art, art education and art therapy, with particular attention to individual and social vulnerability, creative potential and inclusion. The association organises exhibitions, workshops, research projects, artist residencies, talks, performances and publications, often in collaboration with cultural, educational and health organisations.

Key initiatives include Mai Visti, a collection, archive and gallery focused on outsider and unconventional art, and PARI, the Polo delle Arti Relazionali e Irregolari in Turin. PARI serves as a research centre, ongoing laboratory and platform for exhibitions and public programmes. Forme in Bilico also develops guided museum visits and participatory art activities, supports emerging generations, and works to challenge discrimination through contemporary art. Its projects seek to recognise and share creative work by people and communities often overlooked by the established art system, including self-taught artists and people experiencing disability or social and psychological vulnerability.
