Formwork Intensive

Formwork is an educational and professional development program for licensed and high-visibility professionals confronting gambling disorder, compulsive sexual behaviors, and the effects these behaviors can have at work and at home. A program of FW Group LLC, Formwork emphasizes structured work, professional responsibility, and discretion.

Its core offering is a six-day intensive, held from Sunday afternoon through Friday midday, with cohorts limited to twelve participants. Led by senior practitioners specializing in behavioral addictions and trauma, the curriculum explores how compulsive patterns develop, the influence of early experiences, obligations associated with a professional license or public visibility, and the connections between money, work, and compulsive behavior. Participants develop a specific plan and structure during the intensive.

The program also includes three online cohort sessions during the following year. Intensives take place in dedicated meeting spaces at well-appointed hotels across the country; location details are shared privately upon inquiry. Formwork provides information for both prospective participants and referring professionals.
