Fornovegano

Fornovegano is an artisanal bakery in Milan, created by four partners united by a love of good food, quality ingredients and wellbeing for people and the planet. Its baked goods are made without butter, milk, eggs or honey, offering vegan choices for a broad range of customers, including people with some food intolerances. Selected products are also gluten-free, and the bakery aims to bring together flavour and a more mindful approach to eating.

The range includes sweet treats such as muffins and cakes inspired by traditional recipes and unusual combinations, as well as savoury vegetable-filled pastries and tarts suited to a light lunch. For coffee breaks, customers can choose packaged wholemeal biscuits in classic, cinnamon and ginger flavours, or vegan meringues called Le Regine di Faba. For birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and other occasions, Fornovegano also prepares vegan treats for special celebrations. The company serves both private customers and food businesses. Its Milan laboratory is open by appointment, and delivery is offered throughout Milan.
