About Solutions for Our Climate
Solutions for Our Climate (SFOC) is dedicated to fostering a fossil-free world where both the planet and its inhabitants can thrive without the threats posed by climate change. Based in Seoul, South Korea, SFOC focuses on researching and addressing the primary sources of greenhouse gas emissions to help meet the global goal of limiting temperature rise to below 1.5°C. The organization brings together experts in energy, environment, law, finance, and policy to develop innovative strategies aimed at reducing emissions across various sectors, including climate finance, forestry, industry, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
In addition to providing extensive research and insights on critical issues like green steel economics, LNG carriers' impact on the fossil fuel crisis, and renewable energy challenges, SFOC works collaboratively to drive movements that seek to reduce emissions and promote sustainable practices.
