FOR SA (Freedom of Religion South Africa) is a non-profit legal advocacy organization committed to protecting and promoting religious freedom in South Africa. With a focus on upholding the rights granted by the South African Constitution, FOR SA ensures that individuals, religious organizations, and parents have the autonomy to practice and express their faith without interference from the State or any other entity. As a faith-neutral and doctrinally-neutral organization, FOR SA strives to defend the rights of people of all faiths or even those without faith.

Politically neutral as well, FOR SA collaborates with any political party interested in supporting religious freedom rights. FOR SA is actively engaged in various activities including making representations to government, parliament, and the courts, educating and empowering the religious community about their legal rights, raising awareness of threats to religious freedom, and assisting individuals and organizations whose religious rights are under threat. Though working strategically with other organizations, FOR SA is the only organization in South Africa with such a focused commitment to religious freedom.
