Its growing collection combines practical garden subjects with individual plants, offering an accessible, visual way to follow the garden over time.

The index features a varied selection, including the Klimt Villa rose, bottle gourd, frying peppers, mulch, Rudbeckia, “Eight Balls,” dinner-plate dahlias, basil, lamb’s lettuce, tomatoes, physalis, and cosmos. Together, these entries suggest an interest in both edible crops and ornamental planting, as well as the materials and care involved in gardening.
