Fortitude Defense

Fortitude Defense LLC, founded by Holli LaMarque, is dedicated to empowering women through effective self-defense training. Launched in 2021, Fortitude Defense offers specialized workshops designed to equip women with crucial self-defense techniques derived from various martial arts, including American Karate, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling. Holli, a black belt in American Karate, created these workshops with a heartfelt mission to protect and inspire women, particularly those who have experienced abuse.

The workshops, structured for all skill levels, aim to instill confidence and practical skills in participants, helping them take charge of their personal safety. Since her first session in 2022, Holli has successfully taught close to 100 women, fostering a supportive and safe environment for learning. Continually enhancing her skills, she pursues advanced training and practical knowledge from various experts to ensure she delivers relevant and realistic instruction. Fortitude Defense stands ready to embolden, equip, and empower women to confidently navigate the world around them.
