About Fort Works Art
Fort Works Art is a contemporary art gallery in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, located at 2100 Montgomery Street across from Dickies Arena and near the Kimbell Art Museum, The Modern, and the Amon G. Carter Museum. Celebrating a decade in operation, the gallery aims to bring vitality to Fort Worth’s art scene while supporting artists, contributing to the community, and inspiring young people. It occupies a space between a traditional gallery, cultural center, museum, and community hub, welcoming both experienced collectors and casual visitors.
Fort Works Art presents exhibitions featuring a diverse range of local and national artists, with works spanning painting, photography, sculpture, and other creative forms. Its program includes solo and group shows, themed exhibitions, and community-focused projects. The gallery also hosts events, art receptions, and private gatherings, and offers event space. Open Tuesday through Saturday, it provides additional visiting hours by appointment.
