Its roots date to the early 1980s, when Rudari’s passion for horses—shaped by visits to the United States and an interest in reining—led him to develop a Quarter Horse breeding program under the FortyTwo name. The farm now combines horse breeding with Angus cattle raised using a grass-fed approach, emphasizing animal welfare, natural meat and respect for biodiversity.

Forty Two breeds Quarter Horses with a focus on cutting and reining bloodlines, drawing on decades of genetic selection and American stallions. The horses are raised on pasture and receive targeted feeding. The business also sells Angus beef through its on-site shop, open by appointment. Customers can request family packs and premium cuts, vacuum-packed in 500-gram or one-kilogram portions, as well as 150-gram hamburgers made from 100% beef.
