Forum Dvorah is a non-profit, non-partisan association composed of professional women in various fields related to Israel's national security and foreign policy. Established in Tel Aviv in 2009 with support from the Institute for Inclusive Security, Forum Dvorah aims to promote women's inclusion in decision-making processes regarding national security and peacemaking negotiations. This initiative aligns with the principles outlined in UN Security Council Resolution 1325, emphasizing the equal and meaningful participation of women in peace processes and their protection from violence.

By integrating women into official committees, academic discussions, conferences, and media conversations, Forum Dvorah works to amplify women's voices and perspectives on security matters. Collaborating with government officials, security establishments, and civil society organizations, the Forum seeks to expand its network and impact as an independent registered non-profit association in Israel. Named after the biblical prophetess Deborah, Forum Dvorah draws inspiration from her leadership, wisdom, and courage
