About Fórum Gestão de Pessoas
The Forum People Management is an annual conference that brings together local and international professionals who believe in creating a positive impact on the organizations they work for. Established by ATITTUDE in Mozambique in 2018, the event has expanded to Angola and Cabo Verde in 2021. With a mission to gather leaders and managers, the forum discusses innovative solutions for people management and leadership in both the public and private sectors.
By aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, the forum aims to promote dignified work and economic growth in Angola. The event features a conference hall, an exhibition area, over 30 national and international speakers, and more than 20 partners, attracting around 150 participants. Topics range from strategic HR to corporate culture and the future of work, offering valuable insights and networking opportunities for attendees.
