Forum Skill is a resource organization based in Gothenburg, Sweden, that focuses on human rights. With a mission to empower individuals and address societal challenges, Forum Skill runs a variety of projects and activities. These include work-integrated social enterprises, rehabilitative cultural work, and an educational section offering lectures and materials on social enterprise, work environment, sexuality, and functionality.

As a non-profit organization, Forum Skill works in collaboration with various actors such as associations, organizations, the municipality, the region, and the educational sector. They serve as a vital link between research and practice. Forum Skill is contracted by the city of Gothenburg to provide daily activities in line with LSS (The Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

Additionally, they have an agreement with the Swedish Public Employment Service to provide job training.
