About All Russian Forum of Strategic Planning Leaders
XXI Общероссийский форум «Стратегическое планирование в регионах и городах России» is an annual event held in Saint Petersburg since 2002. This forum gathers over 1000 participants, including representatives from the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, federal ministries and departments, regional administrations, municipalities, businesses, scientific and expert communities, foreign states, and mass media.
