FOSSBilling is a free, open-source hosting automation solution designed to help hosting businesses manage clients, billing, and service delivery. The software brings essential business tools together in a self-hosted platform, giving users control over their data, infrastructure, backups, and security policies. Its billing features can automatically generate invoices, send payment reminders, handle multiple currencies, and sync exchange rates.
For service delivery, FOSSBilling can provision hosting accounts through platforms including cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and HestiaCP. It also supports domain registration, transfers, and management through multiple registrars, with experimental support for EPP-based registries. A built-in ticketing system provides email notifications, supports clients and guests, and can close tickets automatically.
