About Slough Children First
**Foster with Slough** is a compassionate initiative dedicated to enhancing the lives of vulnerable children in Slough. With a vision for every child to be happy, safe, and loved, this program works hand-in-hand with a diverse community of foster carers who provide nurturing homes to children in need. Foster with Slough offers various types of fostering, accommodating both short-term and long-term placements, ensuring that each child receives the care that suits their unique circumstances.
The organization is committed to supporting foster carers through comprehensive training, social activities, and financial allowances. In partnership with 19 local councils, Foster with Slough is part of the Local Authority Fostering South East hub, expanding its efforts to recruit more foster families. Their mission revolves around collaboration to protect and enable children and young people to thrive. By bringing together the community to foster growth, love, and security, Foster with Slough seeks to create a brighter future for all the children under its care.
