Foundations Therapy Service

Foundations Therapy Service is a pediatric therapy provider focused on helping children build communication, movement, confidence, and other developmental skills. Its mission is to offer high-quality care in a supportive, comfortable, and engaging setting, while partnering closely with families. Experienced specialists create individualized therapy plans based on each child’s strengths and needs, and parents are involved throughout the process.

Services include pediatric speech therapy and occupational therapy, support for children with autism, and “Chat,” a developmental parent-led program for children ages 1 to 6. The organization also provides occupational therapy independent educational evaluations and school-based therapy as a certified nonpublic agency. Families may access services through private pay, limited insurance networks, super bills for reimbursement, Regional Center of the East Bay early intervention, and Kaiser-funded Catalight Care Services.

Foundations Therapy Service offers in-person appointments at its Brentwood, California clinic and virtual services to clients throughout California. Independent educational evaluation testing takes place at the Brentwood office, with school-site observations typically available within a 60-mile radius.
