Their team is comprised of Indigenous leaders with collective experiences living, working, and learning from over 300 of Canada's Indigenous governments. They aim to bridge the gap between Western-corporate business models and more holistic Indigenous/community development models.
Led by Chief Gibby Jacob, a respected member of the Squamish Nation, FourOurFuture is making a significant impact in Canada. Chief Jacob, with his ancestral name Kákeltn siyám, is a hereditary Chief and recognized as one of the most influential Native leaders in the country. Under his leadership, the Squamish Nation is projected to reach $5 billion in business revenue, royalties, and real estate assets by 2021.
