Four Seasons Sisterhood

Four Seasons Sisterhood is a women-centered psychotherapy and wellness practice founded by Jamie Kohanyi, a California-licensed marriage and family therapist. Its approach honors the connections between emotional life, the body, relationships, and the changing seasons of a woman’s life, from maidenhood through elderhood. Counseling is rooted in depth and Jungian psychology and may explore dreams, symbolism, somatic experience, menstrual and other life rhythms, and personal transitions. The work is described as responsive rather than prescriptive, guided by each person’s circumstances, values, timing, and inner understanding.
