Four Seven Tech is an engineering and installation company based in Benalmádena, serving Marbella and other parts of the Costa del Sol according to each project’s scope. It brings infrastructure work and tailored systems together, with one point of contact from initial assessment through installation. Its services cover electrical installations and repairs, security cameras, alarms with mobile alerts, home automation, electronic shelf labels for shops and points of sale, and industrial diagnostics, maintenance and monitoring.

The company also develops and implements its own local-first systems. Sevenfold provides project-based control solutions, while Mokuren is a bespoke surveillance system at an early development stage. Where included in the project, these systems keep relevant data and equipment at the property rather than relying on a third-party video cloud service. Folio is Four Seven Tech’s Windows software for service businesses, combining quotations, invoicing and inventory on the user’s PC. Its 12-month subscription is listed at €150 plus VAT, and it can submit records to the Spanish tax agency in VERI*FACTU mode; this is not described as a homologation certification. Projects are scoped individually and quoted in writing.
