Fourth Dimension Doulas

Fourth Dimension Doulas provides compassionate support through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Its team of dual-trained birth and postpartum doulas are also Certified Lactation Support Counselors, bringing experience and practical knowledge to families preparing for a new baby. The goal is to help parents feel informed, respected, and confident while making room for dignity, nourishment, and joy.

Services include doula support, prenatal sessions, and childbirth preparation classes that help families understand what to expect, explore comfort measures, and build confidence advocating for themselves. During labor and birth, doulas offer calm emotional and physical support, guidance for birth partners, and help navigating the hospital environment. After birth, the team supports families as they adjust and can connect them with additional postpartum resources. Fourth Dimension Doulas offers packages both in person and virtually, allowing families to choose the format that suits their needs. With an empathetic, adaptable approach, the team aims to make the transition into parenthood feel more supported and manageable.
