FoxDen Performance

FoxDen Performance is a pitcher development coaching brand founded by Coach Brandon to help baseball pitchers improve their performance, gain recognition, and pursue opportunities in the game. Drawing on Brandon’s experience as a college pitcher who was once overlooked despite strong results, the program focuses on a structured, individualized approach rather than isolated velocity drills. FoxDen reports having trained more than 100 pitchers and promotes a minimum velocity gain guarantee.

Its development system centers on building strength, mobility, and explosiveness; improving how pitchers sequence power through their bodies; and creating consistent training habits with accountability. Services include personalized throwing, strength, and arm-care plans, video-based pitching mechanics analysis, direct one-on-one coaching, and progress tracking. FoxDen also offers pitch design and arsenal development, guidance on pitch sequencing, and a mental performance framework to help athletes reset and compete under pressure. Coaching is available online or in person. The brand invites prospective athletes and families to book a free call to discuss their goals and determine whether the program is a fit.
