The Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) is Nepal's first national sexual and reproductive health service delivery and advocacy organization. As a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and a major partner of the Government of Nepal's national family planning program, FPAN plays a crucial role in providing a larger number of all FP services in Nepal on an annual basis. FPAN works across 37 districts to offer critical health services to poor, marginalized, socially excluded, and underserved communities.

These include sex workers, people living with HIV, LGBTI individuals, injecting drug users, men who have sex with men, migrant workers, and survivors of gender-based violence.
