About Fracta22
Fracta22 is an architectural and engineering studio dedicated to designing and implementing residential and commercial projects from scratch all over Peru. With a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers, we have developed a wide range of projects including restaurants, hotels, recreational complexes, and private condominiums. We are currently constructing the first forest city in Peru in Cañete in association with Hermanos Montano S.
R. L. Our innovative urban development concept focuses on creating forest cities and has been conceptualized by a team of over ten architects.
We have also designed iconic projects such as a 1,000m2 chapel for the Provincia Franciscana de los XII Apóstoles del Perú in Piura and a hotel in Pacasmayo for Grupo Central. Our success is not limited to the design field, as our restaurant, Parú, has gained international recognition and our hotel projects have shown great potential, with 7 reservations already received. With our passion for architectural excellence and commitment to client satisfaction, we are constantly pushing boundaries and creating remarkable spaces that leave a lasting impression
