Fractal Bootcamp, part of Fractal Tech, is a New York City technology education and community organization focused on preparing aspiring engineers for work at early-stage startups. Its three-month, intensive AI engineering program combines full-stack software development with practical training in AI tools and applications. Rather than relying primarily on lectures, students build and ship real products, contribute production code with NYC startup partners, and receive career coaching from startup founders.

The curriculum covers work ranging from data to design, including AI agents and AI-enabled applications, and is updated between cohorts in response to industry needs. The program is designed for applicants with prior coding experience or the ability to meet its technical requirements before starting. Fractal Tech also operates a 7,000-square-foot coworking campus for founders and engineers and hosts events for New York’s technology community.

Through its bootcamp, startup partnerships, workspace, and community events, Fractal connects hands-on technical learning with the people and companies building in the local startup ecosystem
