Fra Hjem til Hjem

Fra Hjem til Hjem is a Danish moving-support service that helps people manage the practical and personal challenges of changing homes. Its assistance is especially suited to older adults, people with disabilities, and anyone who needs extra support when moving to a smaller home, senior residence, or care home. The service aims to make each move feel safe and manageable, with attention to the individual and the belongings that matter most.

Support can include sorting possessions, deciding what to bring, packing, unpacking, and arranging the new home so it feels welcoming and works well. Fra Hjem til Hjem can also contact and coordinate moving companies, tradespeople, cleaners, gardeners, and other providers needed for the move. The team combines practical help with time for listening and care throughout the process. Working as a two-person team, its members aim to be efficient, attentive, and positive while helping customers preserve personal memories and settle comfortably into their new surroundings.
