France Dragon is the French association supporting the Dragon sailing class and its community of sailors. Its website brings together information for current and prospective members, from the class’s history and technical characteristics to details about Dragon boats in France and the fleets that sail them. These fleets are based at clubs in Deauville, Douarnenez, La Baule, the Arcachon and Cazaux Lake area, Port Camargue, and Cannes.

The association shares news, competition calendars, rankings, and regulations, helping crews follow the racing season and prepare for events. Its coverage includes prominent gatherings such as the Régates Royales in Cannes, the winter Dragon circuit, and the Grand Prix at Port Camargue. France Dragon also provides practical resources and community services, including membership information, useful documents, and announcements for boats, sails, equipment, and crew positions. Information about the association’s leadership, statutes, and internal rules is available alongside contact details. By connecting local fleets and publishing class and event information, France Dragon serves as a central resource for Dragon sailing in France.
