Frances López Montás

Frances López Montás is an architect, baker, content creator, and the owner and CEO of La Galletería Dessert Boutique. After 14 years as an entrepreneur, she launched her personal brand in September 2023 to share her experience, practical kitchen tips, favorite tools, and advice with a community interested in baking and business. Her website brings together recipes, online workshops, personalized consulting, and recommendations.

For baking enthusiasts, Frances offers step-by-step classes, including a brownie workshop focused on achieving a fudgy center and crisp edges, as well as seasonal instruction on making creamy Christmas ponches. For food businesses, her pre-recorded course on cost structure and pricing includes an e-book, instructional video, and automated Excel templates to help calculate product costs and suggested selling prices. She also provides one-to-one online cost consultations, working with clients to cost three products and set profitable prices; the service includes access to the course materials. Through her newsletter and social channels, Frances shares new recipes, product favorites, recommendations, and updates on her workshops.
