Its approach focuses on helping people take care of their health, build confidence and work towards realistic goals through tailored, varied sessions. Training can take place outdoors or at home, with programs adapted to each client’s pace and needs.

Services include personalized coaching for muscle strengthening and weight loss, as well as reconditioning after injury. Clients can also work on mobility, flexibility and posture through bespoke stretching and movement sessions designed to ease tension and support everyday wellbeing. Boxing instruction is available in English boxing and kickboxing, with classes for children and teenagers as well as adults. Sessions can develop technique and cardio fitness while remaining engaging and appropriate to different ages and experience levels. Street workout and online coaching are also featured among the services.

Franck’s coaching emphasizes listening, clear instruction and progressive challenge, with the aim of helping clients advance without taking unnecessary risks.
