The Franco-British Trade & Investment Awards, organized in collaboration between the UK Commercial Section at the Embassy in Paris and the Franco-British Chamber, celebrate successful commercial and economic achievements between France and the UK in strategic sectors.
These awards highlight our common priorities and partnerships, which are key elements of the Franco-British relationship. Businesses of all sizes from both the UK and France are encouraged to apply and demonstrate their commercial success and commitment to Franco-British trade links. The jury will reward achievements in cross-channel trade and investment, both for small and large enterprises.
This year, the awards emphasize Franco-British partnerships, in celebration of the 120th anniversary of the Entente Cordiale and the 150th anniversary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The awards ceremony will take place at the UK Ambassador's Residence in Paris on December 6, 2023, under the patronage of Dame Menna Rawlings, Her Majesty's Ambassador to France, and Françoise Rausch, President of the Franco-British Chamber. Participating businesses must have their headquarters in France or the UK, and must demonstrate their engagement in trade and business activities with both countries.
The categories for this year's awards include Technology & Innovation, Sustainable Development, SME of the Year, and Franco-British Partnerships. The judging panel, consisting of members from the UK Embassy's Commercial Section, the Franco-British Chamber, and our sponsors, will meet to deliberate in November 2023 for each category. Participating businesses should have legal existence for at least two years and must comply with the rules and regulations.
