Its core plan costs $9 per year and includes unlimited mailboxes, domains, and aliases, with 10 GB of pooled storage; additional storage is available for $0.40 per GB per year. Customers can also register a domain through the service for $29 per year, including email setup.
The service supports IMAP and JMAP, webmail, server-side Sieve filters, catch-all addresses, two-factor authentication, and app passwords. Setup includes guided DNS configuration for MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, with live checks to help customers bring a domain online. FranklyMail also offers migration from Gmail and other standard IMAP providers, preserving folders, read status, flags, and message dates.
