Franky’s Sättel & Reitsport is a family-run equestrian retailer and saddlery based in Königswinter, serving riders in the Cologne, Bonn and surrounding areas since 1995. With more than 30 years of experience, the business combines specialist saddle fitting with a broad selection of equipment for horses and riders.
Its approximately 500-square-metre store offers over 200 saddles from established manufacturers, with options for dressage, show jumping, eventing, trail riding, Icelandic horses and ponies. The range also includes riding apparel and accessories, helmets from KASK and Samshield, and made-to-measure riding boots. Selected products are available through its online shop.
Saddler Michael Otto and the team provide personal saddle advice, trials, fitting and adjustments, as well as repairs and ongoing support as a horse’s needs change. Saddle trials and fitting for new saddles are included in the purchase price, with appointments available at the shop or at customers’ stables within the stated service area. Franky’s focuses on rider comfort, horse welfare and practical, individually tailored solutions.
