Fred Meyer Proud is an innovative rewards and recognition program designed to celebrate and appreciate the hard work of associates across the Fred Meyer network. Developed from valuable associate feedback, this program introduces a contemporary approach to rewards, offering various options for recognition. Associates can earn rewards through demonstrating core values, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting teammates, with rewards being reflected on cards that hold points.

These points can be redeemed at FredMeyerProud.com, where associates can choose from an assortment of products including gift cards, technology, apparel, and accessories. The program features different point values, allowing associates to load points to their wallet or make immediate purchases. With a commitment to fostering an engaged and motivated workforce, Fred Meyer Proud not only provides recognition but also ensures that associates feel valued and appreciated. Timely delivery of items ensures associates receive their rewards within 3-5 business days, enhancing the overall recognition experience.
