The brand we are describing is Card Sharing. Card sharing, also known as control word sharing, allows multiple clients or digital television receivers to access a subscription television network with just one valid subscription card. This method involves sharing a part of the legitimate conditional access smart card's output data electronically, enabling all recipients to simultaneously access scrambled DVB streams on the encrypted television network.
Card sharing has become a popular method of pirate decryption, particularly in Europe, where national boundaries limit legal access to satellite television signals. Countermeasures have been implemented by providers to prevent card sharing, such as updating receiver software, increasing the frequency of control word changes, and implementing "Card pairing" to link cards with specific devices. Legal implications exist for internet card sharing, with cases of criminal charges against hosts.
Overall, card sharing presents both challenges and opportunities in the pay-TV industry
