FREEDIVING WEISSHOFF

Freediving Weißhoff is a freediving education and training provider led by instructor Daniel Weißhoff. Since 2009, Daniel has offered courses in the Berlin and Brandenburg area, following the standards of AIDA International. Instruction is available for people at different stages, from beginners taking their first steps in apnea to advanced divers, aspiring instructors, and competitors. Courses are taught in small groups of three to four participants, with options designed to suit individual needs and experience.

The program includes a progression of freediving qualifications, from Basic Freediver through Advanced and Master Freediver to Freediving Instructor. Specialist workshops focus on topics such as equalization, relaxation, no-limit and sled diving, and developing skills in a chosen discipline. For ongoing practice, participants can choose group sessions, VIP one-to-one coaching, depth training in a diving tower, or individualized training plans. The service helps divers build and reinforce techniques and movement patterns through regular practice, supporting their development in freediving. The website also provides course dates, a blog, and newsletter information.
