The Freedom Together Foundation is dedicated to defending and expanding multiracial democracy, viewing this mission as the defining challenge of our time. Transitioning from the JPB Foundation, we work closely with grantees to combat systemic injustices and empower marginalized communities. Our focus spans various areas, including democracy, gender, and racial justice, where we advocate for equal rights, protect democratic institutions, and mobilize against authoritarian threats.

We emphasize the importance of community and worker power, empowering individuals who have been denied agency through grassroots organizations and unions that foster solidarity and collective action. Our commitment also extends to building movement infrastructure, nurturing leadership, and fostering narrative change to galvanize social impact.

Recognizing the spiritual dimension of freedom, we support faith communities and initiatives that build belonging and community ties. In addition, we invest in reproductive health initiatives and medical research to drive societal progress. The Freedom Together Foundation champions a united effort to shape a more inclusive, just, and democratic future for all.
