FREEMIND yoga & climbing is the teaching practice of Naema Götz, an osteopath, yoga teacher and climbing instructor based in Wolfratshausen, Germany, and Arco, Italy. Bringing together movement, mindfulness and outdoor adventure, the brand offers yoga experiences designed to connect body and mind and complement an active life. Naema teaches dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes, combining traditional Hatha elements with varied sequences that build strength. Classes are available in Wolfratshausen, Munich and Arco, with group sessions and private lessons offered.
In Arco, FREEMIND hosts yoga retreats at her family’s guesthouse, which includes a dedicated yoga room. Naema also offers yoga tailored to climbers, drawing on her experience as a climbing instructor since 2010 and her years in the sport. Arco’s climbing options range from well-equipped crags to alpine multi-pitch routes, providing a setting for beginners and experienced climbers alike. Through yoga, climbing and retreats, FREEMIND encourages participants to cultivate awareness, strength and presence in the moment.
