Freerun Zürich

Freerun Zürich is a Swiss parkour and freerunning club founded in 2013. It began in Bülach as a group of friends sharing a passion for movement, then grew as people from across the Zürich area joined and the group established itself as an official association. Today, the club brings together people who want to practise parkour and freerunning, share experiences, and enjoy movement in both urban spaces and nature.

The club presents freerunning as a lifestyle developed through practice and values safe, controlled movement, with soft landings and safety as top priorities. Its activities include training together, taking trips, and exploring new experiences as a community. Freerun Zürich also captures its achievements and outings in photos and videos, which visitors can browse on the club’s website and social media channels.

The association is connected to the Swiss Parkour Association (SPKA), the national umbrella organization for parkour, freerunning, and Art du Déplacement. Freerun Zürich encourages members and visitors to stay active, train hard, have fun, and enjoy life.
