Our office, city wishes, history, and future plans are all part of this exciting journey. In April 2023, Tampere City sold the Frenckell property to Aare Invest Oy. The new owner, Marko Kuusisto, along with the project team, is set to turn a new leaf in Frenckell's legacy.
