Fresh Direct

Fresh Direct is a major UK supplier of fresh produce and food for professional kitchens, serving chefs and hospitality businesses for more than 50 years. Its nationwide supply chain brings together British and globally sourced fruit, vegetables and dairy, alongside products from a broad network of farms, fisheries, processors, bakeries, foragers and other local suppliers. The company works with customers to provide quality ingredients at the right time and price, and offers online ordering for convenient access to its range.

Fresh Direct is also home to Fresh Kitchen and Fresh Prep. Fresh Kitchen produces items such as sauces, soups, chargrilled vegetables and gelato, made to customers’ recipes and specifications. Fresh Prep supplies fruit and vegetables that are sliced, diced, chopped, peeled or grated, helping kitchens reduce preparation work while maintaining consistency. The business also operates specialist brands, including Wild Harvest and M&J Fresh Seafood. As part of Sysco GB, Fresh Direct combines its produce expertise with the reach of a larger foodservice group.
