Fresh Start Bin Co. is a veteran-owned, locally operated cleaning business based in Troy, Missouri, serving Troy and Moscow Mills. Founded by Preston and James, the company focuses on dependable service for homeowners and businesses, helping create cleaner, fresher outdoor spaces.

Its core service is professional trash bin cleaning, available as a one-time deep clean or on recurring monthly and quarterly plans. Customers choose a schedule online, leave empty bins curbside or in the driveway after collection, and receive a reminder before service. Fresh Start cleans bins with hot water reaching up to 150°F to remove grime, food residue, and odor-causing buildup. The company says its cleaning systems eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and grime, and that wastewater is contained and properly disposed of. Odor neutralizers and an eco-friendly, biodegradable process are also part of its approach.

Fresh Start Bin Co. additionally offers pressure washing and exterior cleaning. Its services are designed to reduce unpleasant smells, help limit pest attraction, and make bin care easier for local customers.
