Freedom AI develops large-scale artificial intelligence computing infrastructure in Kazakhstan for training and inference workloads. Backed by Freedom Holding Corp., a NASDAQ-listed international group operating in 21 countries, the company aims to provide high-performance, reliable AI compute capacity with competitive energy costs and phased deployment.

Its planned infrastructure is designed specifically for demanding AI workloads, with high-density racks, support for the latest NVIDIA technology, liquid or immersion cooling, and high-speed, low-latency networking with multi-operator telecom redundancy. The company presents Kazakhstan’s energy costs, strategic location, technology cooperation, digital-government capabilities, and investment programs as advantages for AI infrastructure development.

Freedom AI’s first site in Astana is planned to offer 100 MW of installed capacity in 2027–2028, with 87 MW of energy access already available and a further 13 MW in permitted expansion parameters by the end of 2026. A second expansion platform is intended to support future growth, with plans for up to 300 MW and a site of up to 200 hectares.
