About Fri3d
Fri3d Camp is a family-friendly summer camp for hackers, makers, and DIY enthusiasts, located at De Kluis in St-Joris-Weert. With its fifth edition taking place from August 16th to 18th, 2024, Fri3d Camp offers a unique blend of a technology-focused festival, a relaxed camping atmosphere, and a gathering of hackers and their friends. Inspired by well-known European camps like CCC Camp or SHA, Fri3d Camp invites participants to organize their own activities, showcasing their science and technology-related projects, skills, and passions.
All levels of expertise are welcome, and activities in languages other than Dutch are also encouraged. Additionally, Fri3d Camp extends a warm welcome to families, considering children as full participants and providing challenging science and technology activities for them. Set in a forest environment, the camp offers a laid-back summer ambiance with ample space for smartphones, laptops, and a wide array of low- and high-tech creations.
