FridgeSmart App

FridgeSmart is an AI-powered mobile app for iPhone and Android designed to help households manage food, reduce waste, and make everyday meal and shopping decisions easier. Users can build a kitchen inventory by scanning a fridge photo, barcodes, or grocery receipts, with no need to enter every item manually. The app tracks expiration dates and sends reminders so people can use food before it spoils, avoid forgotten ingredients, and reduce unnecessary purchases.

Chef Lumi, FridgeSmart’s AI kitchen assistant, suggests recipes based on ingredients already on hand and can offer ideas inspired by different cuisines. FridgeSmart+ adds hands-free voice conversations and step-by-step cooking support. Other features include meal planning, smart restock suggestions, and shared inventory for up to four household members, with shared items and expiration alerts updated across the household.

FridgeSmart also offers shopping recommendations and a rewards program through which eligible users can earn up to a $25 Amazon gift card by completing recommended shopping orders and submitting proof of purchase.
