Friendly Work Space (FWS) is a pioneering initiative by Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz aimed at enhancing workplace health management in Switzerland. This program supports organizations in establishing systematic approaches to employee well-being through its accredited "Friendly Work Space" label. It provides a range of tailored services, including the Leadership Kit for empowering managers, the HR Toolbox to assist human resources professionals, and assessments such as the Job-Stress Analysis to identify and mitigate workplace stressors.

FWS promotes a healthy work environment where employees thrive, offering training and resources designed to fit the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With tools like the Apprentice program, it ensures that new employees develop in a supportive atmosphere, while ongoing professional development keeps organizations updated on best practices in workplace health management. By integrating mental health strategies and fostering positive workplace relationships, FWS is committed to improving employee satisfaction and ultimately, organizational success.
